ENTRY PROCESS:
India’s International Groovefest 2024 (IIGF 2024)
This competition consists of an Online Audition Round and an on-ground Finale & Grand Finale.
Finale and Grand Finale: to be held at International Destination – Destination to be announced soon.
Best 20 performers from the Finale round would be selected to perform in the Grand Finale on the same day.
Primary/Audition Round:
Participants have to upload their dance videos for the audition round on their own YouTube channels & need to send us the link along with Audition Form on mail id – internationalgroovefest@gmail.com
In case of Solo participation – Registration form to be filled by each contestant.
In case of Duet participation – Registration form to be filled by both the contestants.
In case of Group participation – Choreographer of the Team needs to fill in a form mentioning details of all individual participants.
Finale and Grand Finale round: to be held at International Destination – Destination to be announced soon.
Only the contestants who qualify the audition round will be eligible to participate in the international competition.
REGISTRATION FEES:
AUDITION Round – The audition submission is free of cost.
FINALE Round – Participants who have qualified for Finale round are entitled to pay an enrollment fee and the registration fees, the details of which will be shared with the selected contestants personally.
TICKET and VISA– The Registration fees do not include Ticket & visa charges.
Ticket and Visa charges are expected to be managed by participants at their own convenience & cost. (All tickets & pre-approved VISAs need to be submitted to the company before the given date).
Every individual’s passport should be valid for a minimum 6 months before your arrival date in INDIA.
Supporting documents for the Visa process can be sent by Padanyaas Entertainment, but obtaining a Visa would be completely the traveler’s responsibility as Visa Clearance solely depends upon the external affairs & immigration department of the competition destination.
SCHEDULE:
Padanyaas Entertainment reserves the right to expand the competition – IIGF 2024 into a next day, if the number of entries exceeds what is possible to accomplish on main event day.
Padanyaas Entertainment reserves the right, when necessary, to change the location of the competition theater site within the destination.
Pickup and drop schedules will be shared with the selected contestants.
A particular date and time will be informed through mail on selection, for arrival. It will be a 2 nights 3 days expedition consisting of the competition and the tour.
In any case, if you miss your flight and don’t arrive at the given time at the assembly point, in the airport, the company considers this as “No Show” and will not be liable for any kind of refund.
