Performances can vary from classical recitals to experimental fusion, and originality and cultural influences are rewarded with extra points.

Solo Instrumentalists
Players are expected to show their mastery of any instrument – strings (sitar, violin, guitar), winds (flute, saxophone), keys (piano, synthesizer), or percussion (tabla, mridangam). Contestants must show their technical skill, musicality, and creative interpretation, with complete control over their instrument while conveying emotional narratives through melody. The setup time is only 1 minute only, so plan things accordingly.

Group Instrumental Acts
Bands, orchestras, and fusion ensembles (2+ members) will present coordinated instrumental performances. Judging focuses on ensemble synchronization, arrangement creativity, and balanced audio mixing. The setup time is just 1 minute, so let’s keep it quick and smooth.
Beatboxers
IITF’s beatbox championship invites human beatbox artists who demonstrate vocal percussion mastery. Contestants will be tested on endurance, sound clarity, and creativity in mimicking electronic music elements. Stage presence and audience interaction significantly impact scoring. Performances should showcase both technical precision and artistic originality in this modern vocal art form.

Time Limit
To ensure a smooth and dynamic showcase of each talent’s performance, IITF maintains strict time durations for performances as follows:
Solo Performance | 3 minutes |
Group Performance | 4.5 minutes |
Group Acting | 7 minutes |
